What the site collects
Nothing directly. There is no contact form, no newsletter, no account and no comment field, so the site itself never asks you for data and never stores anything in your browser.
A call is placed only if you tap the phone number yourself. That opens your device’s own dialler and sends nothing through this website.
Server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare records technical data when it serves a page, which necessarily includes your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser identification.
That processing is unavoidable in delivering a website and is done on the legal basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): serving the site and protecting it from attack. The logs are kept by Cloudflare under their own retention periods and are not used to profile you, build an audience or target advertising.
Cloudflare acts as our processor. Cloudflare Inc. is based in the United States and transfers are covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and writes nothing to local or session storage. It contains no analytics, no advertising pixels, no social media buttons, no embedded maps and no embedded video.
Fonts are served from this site’s own domain, so no request goes to Google or any other font provider when you visit.
A security product at the hosting layer may in some circumstances set a strictly necessary cookie to distinguish a human visitor from an automated one. Such a cookie is exempt from consent under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and carries no advertising or analytics function.
Booking through Adriatic.hr
Availability and booking for this property are handled by Adriatic.hr, not on this website. Following a booking link takes you to their site, where their own privacy policy and cookies apply. They are a separate controller for anything you do there; we receive no data about your visit to their site.
Your browser tells Adriatic.hr only that you arrived from this site’s domain, and not which page you came from. That is deliberate, and it is set by this site’s referrer policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
